Nikita Moore and her family say they are feeling positive and full of confidence this week after healing treatments from a Reiki Master Practitioner who has flown thousands of miles from his Australian home to help the 11-year old cancer sufferer. Nikita, from Peasedown St John who has suffered with several different types of cancer in her life, is suffering from a synovial sarcoma on her head that has spread to her lungs. In August she was given three months to live by her doctor.

Her latest hospital scan has shown that the tumour in her lung has enlarged in size since June, while several smaller tumours have appeared in the same organ. But after the arrival of Reiki Master Practitioner Simon Treselyan from Brisbane, the family are in optimistic mood.

Mr Treseylan has been carrying out treatments on Nikita over the past week as well as showing her Mum Tracey Trezise healing techniques. He said “Nikita is full of beans and there is no victim in her at all, only victor. She has a real in-built positivity and that is really good. Within the first 20 minutes I felt there was a shift in her physiology. I could feel a blockage within her which has now been let go.” Mr treselyan has been using different techniques including magnets, in his treatment of Nikita and says he feels that progress is being made and there are changes within Nikita.

Mrs Trezise said the treatments have left Nikita feeling very tired but she has also seen changes in her daughter and is feeling confident.

The family re-mortgaged their house in June to pay for sessions of Issels treatment an alternative cancer therapy developed by Dr Issells in the 50’s. The vaccine works to strenghthen the body’s immune system as well as another vaccine made from Nikita’s DNA. Nikita is thriving on a diet of concentrated green vegetables in tablet form, bottles of Zeolite taken from live volcanoes which works by absorbing toxins in the body; and pH drops to add to drinking water to make it alkaline.

Mr Treselyan is due to return to Australia at the end of November but before he goes the family are hoping that Nikita has another scan and then a decision will be made about her future treatment with Mr Treselyan and a possibility that the youngster will go to Australia for further help.

But, before then, the practitioner has another date in the area when he takes part in a sponsered abseil down the 160ft Eagle Tower, the tallest building in Cheltenham on November 18 and 19. The abseil is being organised by Mel Griffin, the head of European property investment at Eagle Strategic Land in Cheltenham.

Somerset Guardian readers have taken the plucky young lady to their hearts and are helping to fund Nikita’s fight against her illness. The money raised will contribute towards the cost of funding her treatments.
